The website www.dijo.fr (hereinafter “the Site” or “the Website”) is published by the company PROBIOPHARMA (“the Company” or “DIJO”), a simplified joint stock company with capital of €1,000, registered in the CAEN Trade and Companies Register under number 852 588 102, whose head office is located at 646 route des digues, 14123 Fleury-sur-Orne and represented by its President Madame Anouk Le Terrier.
The purpose of the Website is the remote and online sale of plant-based, active food supplements and probiotics, namely food supplements in which there are live microorganisms, bacteria or yeast, which can come into play. helps bacteria naturally present in the body (“the Products”).
These General Conditions of Sale (“CGV”) define the conditions, legal obligations and terms of use of the Site and the conditions applicable to the sale of Products by the Company via the Site.

ARTICLE 2: DEFINITIONS
In these General Terms and Conditions, it is agreed that the following expressions or words not already defined elsewhere, whether used in the singular or plural, will have the following meaning:
Identifier codes: identifier and password relating to each Customer allowing them to access their Customer Account.
Account or Customer Account: personal space of each Customer on the Website, created from their Identifier Codes and necessary for any purchase of Products on the Site.
Order: act of purchase, by the Customer, of any Product offered for sale on the Site.
Total Price: total price that the Customer agrees to pay to the Company, directly on the Website, for the purchase of one or more Product(s). The Total Price includes both the financial consideration for the price of the Product, as well as transport costs. This Total Price is indicated in the Order confirmation. This includes VAT applicable in France.
ARTICLE 3: Duration and updating of the General Terms and Conditions
3.1. These General Terms and Conditions are applicable from their date of application specified above, until their next update (materialized by the modification of this date).
3.2. It is specified, as necessary, that the Customer may save or print these General Terms and Conditions, provided however that they are not modified.
3.3. The Company may modify and/or update the terms of the General Terms and Conditions at any time, particularly in the event of changes to the Site. The User is therefore advised to regularly refer to the latest version of the General Terms and Conditions, permanently available at the following address: https://www.dijo.fr/policies/terms-of-sale. The modifications will come into force from the date the modified General Terms and Conditions are posted online.
3.4. Notwithstanding the above, the version of the General Terms and Conditions applicable to a purchase of Products on the Site is that in force on the day of the purchase concerned, a version of which the Customer certifies having read and which he validates at the end of the process of Order. In other words, any modification of the T&Cs will not impact an Order already placed, which will remain subject to the T&Cs applicable at the time of validation of the Order.
3.5. In addition, any modification to the General Terms and Conditions which substantially impacts the operation of the Customer Account will be notified to Customers holding a Customer Account by email, with reasonable notice before their entry into force. If a Customer does not accept such modifications, he may request the deletion of his Customer Account (which he may in any case do at any time and for convenience) by sending an email to the following address: hello @dijo.fr.
ARTICLE 4: REGISTRATION
Simply browsing the Site is free and does not require the creation of a Customer Account.
When purchasing a Product on the Website, the creation of a Customer Account is possible.
When registering, the Customer must provide the following information:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Address
- A username and password (“the Identifier Codes”)
- A phone number
The Customer is informed of the need to provide a valid email address in order to receive an email confirming the creation of their Account.
The Customer undertakes not to choose any identifier that infringes the rights of a third party and is therefore prohibited from using an identifier that infringes the rights of third parties and in particular personal rights and intellectual property rights.
The Customer acknowledges his full responsibility in the use that will be made of his Identifier Codes, his Customer Account and the Website. He undertakes to carry out all acts under his own identifying Codes within the Customer Account he has created. Likewise, all acts carried out under these Identifying Codes will be considered to have been carried out by him.
In the event of forgetting, misused or unauthorized use and/or theft of a Customer Account or of a Customer's identifying Codes, the Company cannot be held liable under any circumstances and the Customer must immediately inform the Company of this situation, either by email to the address hello@dijo.fr or by post (recommended with request for acknowledgment of receipt) to the address DIJO - 646 route des digues, 14123 Fleury- sur-Orne.
Upon receipt of this written notification, the Company will study the file and may, as a security measure, suspend all access to the Account of the Client concerned. The Company will process the Customer's request as soon as possible and will send them the new Identifier Codes by email after verifying their identity.
The Customer remains responsible for the use of his Customer Account by third parties until the Company modifies the Identifier Codes, thus the Customer guarantees the Company against any action or claim concerning the loss of data resulting from the loss or fraudulent use of its identifier Codes.
The Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, legality, updating and reliability of all data communicated in the information form for the purchase of Products.
Finally, the Customer may also complete and/or modify some of his information at any time via his Customer Account.
In accordance with the provisions appearing in the Company's confidentiality policy (available at the following link: https://www.dijo.fr/policies/privacy-policy), the Customer has a right of access, modification, rectification, deletion and portability of personal data concerning him, in accordance with the regulations and legislation applicable in this matter.
