Wraps Recipe ⎜ DIJO Paris

The ingredients 🍽

For the pesto: 

  • 1 large bunch of basil
  • 30 g of olive oil
  • 40 g pistachios without shell
  • 40 g of parmesan
  • Salt and pepper ( to taste )

For the wrap and garnish:

  • 4 mini corn tortillas
  • 100g feta
  • 1/4 cucumber in tagliatelle
  • 16 dried tomatoes
  • 150 g of arugula
  • 4 tbsp. to s. homemade pistachio pesto

The steps of the recipe 🔢

Step 1: In a blender or blender, add all the pesto ingredients and blend until smooth.

Step 2: On a tortilla, place 1 tablespoon of homemade pistachio pesto, a little arugula, 15 g of crumbled feta, dried tomatoes (4 per tortilla) and cucumber tagliatelle (¼ of the total) .

Step 3: Fold the right and left ends of the tortilla and roll it from bottom to top.

Step 4: All you have to do is cut it in 2 to obtain 2 mini wraps.


Tips: Use a toothpick to hold your wrap in place. If you don't tolerate gluten very well, choose your 100% corn flour tortillas wisely.


These mini pesto, sun-dried tomato and feta wraps are ready to be enjoyed! They are perfect for an aperitif with friends or for a quick and tasty lunch break. Don’t hesitate to accompany them with a crunchy green salad for a balanced meal.

Arugula contains a very interesting quantity of vitamin A, important for vision and the skin, as well as vitamin K which allows blood clotting. Of all salads, arugula is the richest in calcium (160 mg/100g) and contains vitamin B9. This promotes better digestion and contributes to good health.

Pistachios 🍈

Pistachios are a plant-based source of protein, rich in healthy fats (monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids) and fiber. They also contain vitamin B6, important for metabolism and brain function, as well as vitamin E which is an antioxidant.

Cheeses 🧀

Parmesan (cooked pressed cheese of Italian origin) and feta are sources of quality protein and calcium.

Olive oil 🫒

It is rich in monounsaturated fatty acids which promote good lipid balance and can help you reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. It also contains antioxidants that help protect your cells against free radical damage.

Aromatic herbs 🌱

They are rich in antioxidants that help protect your cells from damage caused by free radicals.
